I am able to study and improve self-hypnosis to manage, but I doubt that sleep listening to tapes of your work. Your brain is not active at all stages of sleep and can affect sleep. However, the tapes play over and over again in the waking state can help, but the time you spend could be used to study tapes. A team from the college of Pennsylvania college of treatments in Philadelphia examined the sleep patterns of individuals with variation within their genes that shows some connection to narcolepsy, the issue that helps make people fall asleep suddenly.
